After the goods are shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose, FedEx International, 5-7 working days. DHL Express, 5-7 working days.

Exchange or Return of Goods

All WT ELectronics products are 100% new and original, and come from authorized channels. In principle, there will be no quality problems. However, considering that customers have purchased the wrong type of products, a relevant return policy has been formulated. Usually, the return application is made within 30 days of receipt of the goods, but does not include "non-cancelable/non-refundable" or goods subject to the purchase agreement.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Provide product defect test documents;
  • Provide product photos (packaging, labels, product surface marking);
  • Unused (except defective products);
  • Product packaging and packaging appearance are not damaged or damp.

Return:

When a customer returns a product to WT ELectronics, it must be proven that the product was purchased from WT ELectronics and has not been replaced in whole or in part with an identical product from another supplier, distributor, or other such source. Products should be returned in their original packaging and unused (unless defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.

  • The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation;
  • Returns are usually accepted within 365 days from the date of package delivery;
  • When customers request a return for reasons of ‘non-original/fake/quality issues’, a valid quality report issued by a third-party authority approved by our company is required before a return or exchange can be made;
  • If the reason for the return is the customer's fault (such as wrong purchase of parts, etc.), any customs fees and other charges should be paid by the customer;
  • Return shipping must be prepaid; we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Can I submit a purchase order by email?

We understand that the operational methods of some of our clients do not permit purchasing agents to initiate purchase orders via the internet. We also acknowledge that some customers may feel uneasy about conducting transactions online. Nonetheless, at wteLectronics.com, we are open to accept all orders, whether made online or offline. Additionally, we have a proficient e-commerce support team on standby, ready to provide assistance whenever needed.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Except for special major holidays such as New Year, National Day, Labor Day, etc. WT ELectronics can deliver according to the agreed date.

Can all orders be shipped on the same day?

For parts in stock, orders are usually ready for dispatch within 12 hours. WT dispatches once a day around 5pm, except Sundays. For scarce integrated circuits and IGBT electronic components, we will leverage our global material procurement advantage to meet customer demands for product delivery time, price, out of stock, and discontinued products as much as possible.
